They might be feeling sad or anxious for a prolonged period of time, you might feel concerned about a change in their behaviour or mood. You might be searching for counselling sessions for your child not knowing which form of therapy is best to meet their needs.
We are delighted to offer Saturday Art Therapy sessions in Hertfordshire, designed to support mental health and well-being. Our team of qualified professionals is here to help children and adolescents navigate their emotional challenges in a caring environment.
Art therapy, a specialized form of psychotherapy, utilizes visual and tactile media alongside talking to support clients, including children, in expressing and communicating their thoughts, feelings, and experiences related to anxiety and other mental health challenges. This form of counselling is particularly effective for those seeking therapy for children.

Sometimes, parents just need a moment to pause and reflect. A one-off session offers a safe, supportive space to talk through the challenges you’re experiencing with your child. With guidance from a trained professional, you can explore your thoughts and feelings and begin to find your own way forward.
